How online booking works for a barbershop
A screen recording of a real booking on Copper & Comb Barbershop's kiwilaunch booking page. The customer opens the cut and beard service, picks a day and time, fills in their contact details, applies a promo code that brings the total down, and pays by card.

Salon appointment scheduling software with online booking built in
Whether you rent two chairs or manage a full floor of stylists, the week comes down to the calendar, the chairs, and getting paid. kiwilaunch gives your customers online booking on your own website, or on a standalone kiwilaunch booking page that works as the link in your Instagram bio. They pick a service, date, and time, and pay by card in the same flow. For barbershops, this barbershop scheduling software keeps your staff, their shifts, a calendar for every chair, and your payments, refunds, and extra charges, in one admin panel.
Salon booking software with a calendar for every chair
One place holds your stylists, their shifts, and a calendar for each of them, so Thursday afternoon is a screen you look at instead of three people you ask. Change a stylist's shift and the schedule reflects it right away, no re-explaining the day chair by chair. Add a chair and it's another calendar in the same admin panel, not another notebook.
Your customers book at midnight, not at opening
When someone decides after hours that they need a haircut, they can book from your site or your kiwilaunch booking page right then and pay without waiting for you to reopen. You open the next morning to bookings already on the calendar, not a stack of voicemails to return. It moves that decision straight into your schedule, instead of into hold time or a handwritten note at the front desk.
The regular's standing appointment, kept and paid
A good salon runs on the same heads coming back. Set a booking to recur and the slot holds itself: every fourth Friday at four, without a phone call to rebook it. With your customer's permission, the card on file is charged each time the appointment happens, so nobody hunts for a card at the desk. Packages are available too, for the customer who'd rather pay for six cuts up front.
Payments that live inside the booking
Payments run on Stripe, built into both the booking flow and your admin panel. A customer booking a full color can pay when they book, or you can send them a payment link instead. Refunds, an extra charge for the treatment added halfway through, and charging a regular straight from your dashboard all happen in one place. Your only fees are the subscription fee and the transaction fee.
A barber booking app with Tap to Pay on iPhone
The kiwilaunch iOS app carries your calendar, your customers, your bookings, and your payments, which is most of the shop in your apron pocket. Take the card at the chair with Tap to Pay on iPhone, with no reader to buy or keep charged. Add a booking, check tomorrow before you lock up, and take payment on the spot, all from the same phone.
iPhone app
Run the whole thing from your iPhone
Everything you'd sit down at a desk for, on the phone that's already in your hand.
Your booking page, live in minutes. Set it up on the phone and share the link the same day.
Today, first thing. Who's coming, what they booked, and who still owes you.
Get paid without the chase. Take the card in person or send a payment link, from the app.
Take a card with nothing but your iPhone. No reader to buy, carry, or charge.
