Drop-ins, courses, and private sessions on one schedule
A yoga week is rarely one thing. Your Tuesday 7am flow, a six-week beginner course that starts on a set date, and the private session you teach on Thursday afternoons all sit on the same schedule, sold side by side on the same page. Students choose what they want, including which start date they'd like for a course, and it lands on the same calendar in your admin panel.
Booking on your website, or on your bio link
Paste an embed script into your own website and students book without leaving it. It takes about three minutes and works with Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, and Weebly. If your studio doesn't have a website yet, use a standalone kiwilaunch booking page instead, with your own domain on it, and drop that link in your Instagram bio. Either way, it's the same kiwilaunch schedule underneath.
Class packs and payments in the same flow
Payments run on Stripe, built into both the booking flow and your admin panel. A student can pay for a drop-in when they book it, or buy a pack up front and draw a session from it each time they come. You can send a payment link, refund a class someone couldn't make, and add an extra charge, all from the dashboard. The money and the booking stay in the same place.
Recurring private sessions, charged with your student's permission
The 8am private on the same day every week doesn't need rebooking. Set the booking to recur and, with your student's permission, their card is charged each time the session happens. One-off bookings and recurring ones sit on the same calendar.
Every teacher on their own calendar, the studio on your phone
Add each teacher as a staff member, set their shifts, and each one gets their own calendar in the admin panel, so you can see who's covering Saturday morning at a glance. The kiwilaunch iOS app carries the same calendar, customers, bookings, and payments, and takes a card in person with Tap to Pay on iPhone.
