Some of your list can't get to the clinic yet, so you go to them, and a home-visit day is a different business from a clinic day. Set the home visit up as its own service: its own length, so the driving sits inside the appointment instead of eating the one behind it, and its own coverage area by ZIP, post code, or area name. An address outside the area you set can't complete a booking, so a drive across the county is ruled out before it reaches the schedule. Clinic appointments carry no area at all and simply fill the shifts you're in the building for.

Plenty of physio work is agreed as a course rather than a visit at a time. Sell a package of sessions through the same booking flow as a single appointment, and your patient redeems one each time they book. You can take payment for the package when it's sold, so the money is settled once instead of at the end of every Thursday appointment, and what's left comes off the booking rather than off the back of an appointment card.

Three therapists working different days is three sets of availability, and it shifts again every time someone swaps a clinic. Each therapist is a staff member with their own shifts and their own calendar. From the admin panel you can see who's in on Thursday morning and where the open appointments are, which is the whole of what the front desk needs when a patient rings to move a follow-up. Moving it is a reschedule on the booking itself, and the therapist is notified when it lands somewhere new.

A course that runs weekly for three months shouldn't need rebooking every week. Set the booking to recur and the slot holds until the course ends or you move it. With your customer's permission, their card is charged each time the appointment happens, so payment keeps pace with the schedule instead of collecting into a balance somebody has to go and ask about. Payments run on Stripe, in the booking flow and in your admin panel, where you can send a payment link, add an extra charge, issue a refund, or charge someone from the dashboard.
