Pest Control Booking Software for Technicians

Nobody schedules a rat. They see one, stop thinking about anything else, and want the soonest appointment there is rather than a callback in the morning. A booking page that's open whenever they are lets them take a real slot from what you actually have free, without waiting on a call back. Set the callout up as its own service with its own length, so a job booked in a panic still takes the right amount of tomorrow instead of getting squeezed into whatever gap looked open.

The other half of the work is the exact opposite: the same addresses, on the same rotation, quarter after quarter. Set it to recur and it keeps its place without a rebooking conversation every time, which matters in a trade where the customer's only evidence that they still need you is that nothing has happened. With your customer's permission, the card on file is charged each time the visit happens, so a service whose whole value is quiet never turns into a bill they have to stop and think about.

An inspection and the work that follows are not the same appointment and should not be the same booking. Make the inspection its own short service with its own length, so somebody can book the smaller first step without a phone call. When it turns into something bigger, you are already there with your customer: agree what the job now needs, add the extra charge from your dashboard, and put the follow-up visit on the calendar before you climb back out of the crawl space. Anything you sell alongside a visit as a matter of course can sit under the service as an optional paid add-on, chosen and paid for at booking.

Coverage is set per service, by ZIP, post code, or area name, and an address outside it can't complete a booking. Usually it is the big job that earns the long drive. Here it runs the other way: an urgent callout is only worth selling where you can genuinely get there fast, so that service can hold a tight map, while a quarterly you schedule weeks ahead can reach much further because you will build a day around it. Add your technicians as staff members with their own shifts and their own calendars, and set a break between bookings so the drive is not coming out of the next appointment.

Your calendar, your customers, your bookings and your payments are on the phone in your pocket, which is the only office there is between an attic and a crawl space. When an urgent job lands mid-morning, you can see what the day already holds and how far it sits from the quarterly stops you already promised, before you commit to it. And because your customer is usually right there waiting to hear what you found, Tap to Pay on iPhone takes their card at the door, against the top of the phone, with no reader to buy or keep charged.
