Online Booking Software for Movers and Packing Crews
Nobody picks a moving date for fun. It's the day the lease ends, the day the closing lands, the day the new tenants get keys, and it was fixed before your customer ever searched for a mover. The whole house moves in one push, so a small crew for a studio and a full crew for a house need different lengths, not the same slot stretched to fit. kiwilaunch sets each as its own service with its own length, keeps the booking on the calendar the moment it's made, and takes payment through Stripe, in the booking flow or from your dashboard.
- One date, fixed by a lease or a closing, that the whole move is built around
- A studio move and a full house move booked as separate services, each with its own length
- Coverage set per service, so a long-distance job and a local one don't share the same map
- Card taken through Stripe at booking, from the dashboard, or on moving day with Tap to Pay on iPhone

Moving company scheduling software for a date nobody at your company picked
A move only has one date, fixed by a lease, a closing, or a landlord's calendar, not by anyone at your company. kiwilaunch is moving company booking software built around that: a studio job and a full house are separate services, each with its own length. Coverage is set per service, by ZIP, post code, or area name, so a job outside your reach can't be booked. Movers sit on the calendar as staff, each with their own shifts, so putting together a crew for a bigger job means picking from people you already track, not guessing headcount on the morning.
Moving company booking software built around the one date you don't control
The move date isn't yours to pick. It's the day the lease ends, the day the closing lands, the day the new tenants get keys, and by the time your customer calls, it's already fixed. Your booking page takes that date the moment it's chosen, with a time on it, so the job exists as a real booking before anyone's spoken to anyone. A customer booking a few weeks out and a customer booking months out both land on the same calendar, whenever each one is ready to commit.
The whole house moves in one booking, not one line at a time
A move isn't a stack of small tasks, it's the entire contents of a home changing address in one push. Set a service for a studio move and another for a full house, each with the length that size of job takes, so the booking matches the scale of the day instead of a guess. Optional paid add-ons cover what changes without changing the base job: extra packing materials, an extra set of hands, an extra hour on site.
A coverage map that knows local from long-distance
Coverage is set per service, by ZIP, post code, or area name, and an address outside it can't complete a booking. Keep the local move mapped to the metro you cover, and let the long-distance service reach further, since a move across town and a move across the state line were never going to look like the same job. Each service keeps its own map, so a job outside where you're willing to go simply can't be booked.
Paid for the hours booked, settled for the hours it took
Payments run on Stripe, in the booking flow and from your admin panel. A customer can pay when they book the length of move they need, or you can send a payment link once it's on the calendar. When a job runs past the hours it was booked for, whether the stairs added trips or the elevator was slower than anyone planned, agree the extra time with the customer and add the charge from your dashboard before the truck pulls away. Refunds work the same way if the job wraps early instead.
Moving day runs off the truck, address by address
kiwilaunch runs on the iPhone, since nobody's behind a desk on moving day. Check the next address and how long that stop is booked for before the truck pulls out, so the crew knows what they're walking into before the door opens. Once the last box is off, take the card with Tap to Pay on iPhone against the top of the phone, no reader to carry, so the job is paid for before anyone's back in the cab.
