When a job runs past the hours it was booked for, whether the stairs added trips or the elevator was slower than anyone planned, agree the extra time with the customer and add the charge from your dashboard before the truck pulls away. Refunds work the same way if the job wraps early instead.
Moving day runs off the truck, address by address
