Each vet and vet tech has their own calendar, so the front desk can see where there's room across the whole practice rather than one list. If fitting the sick visit in means moving a booking, that appointment is rescheduled to another time instead of canceled and rebuilt.

Yes. Set each up as a separate service with its own length, so an owner booking online picks the visit that matches what's actually happening rather than a single generic slot. You can also set a break between bookings to reset the room between animals.

Do we need a website before we can take bookings online?

Accepted Answer

No. A standalone kiwilaunch booking page works on its own, with your own domain and your own design, and the link can go in a message, an email, or the practice's social pages. The embed widget can go on a website later, once there is one.

Payments run on Stripe, in the booking flow and in your admin panel. An owner can pay when they book, you can send a payment link, and you can charge, refund or add an extra charge from the dashboard. Coupon codes are there too. Your only fees are the subscription fee and the transaction fee, with no set-up fee.

You can do both. The free tier covers your first 100 bookings, routine and sick visits together, and doesn't ask for a credit card. Past that, the paid plans are Solo, Business and Scale. Import the owner list you already have so the practice isn't starting from empty, and standard packages include three hours of onboarding support.
